Mentorship / Shadow Days

So you've recently completed your foundation training and are new to the aesthetics industry. All of a sudden it hits you that you are working independently and find yourself lacking confidence. We've all been there so don't worry!

 

This industry can feel extremely lonely and isolating at times, especially if you are new to it and have had  minimal exposure to real life clients.  Have you recently left your full time job to pursue your aesthetics career and build your own business?

Equally, have you previously completed your training but not done anything with it and now you're looking to kick start your business again but feel like you've forgotten everything you were taught?

Nurse Katie offers mentoring and shadow days that can be tailored to you. You tell us what it is you want to focus on and we will do just that. 

 

Mentoring opportunities:

• Refreshing exiting knowledge 

• Building confidence

• Complication management 

• Particular treatments that you lack confidence

• Consultation, assessment and treatment planning

• Develop injection techniques

• A day of supervision / support / advise

• Discuss case studies 

• Note taking, documentation, aftercare, follow up

• Tips on client retention / satisfaction

Entry Requirements:

Medical professionals ONLY, who have completed their Foundation Botulinum Toxin (Botox) or Foundation Dermal Filler courses. 

​

You will be asked to provide evidence of this prior training.
